Our Onomichi office, acting as the command center, and good management companies work as one to monitor the vessels 24/7/365.
If there is any sign of trouble, our technical superintendents fly to the site immediately.

Technical Management

Thorough preventive maintenance to protect asset value.

A ship is a massive plant exposed to a harsh natural environment. Based on our Planned Maintenance System (PMS), we ensure thorough inspection and maintenance of equipment.
In particular, for the cargo handling equipment unique to wood-chip carriers (belt conveyors and cranes), engineers with specialized knowledge focus on their management, aiming for zero trouble during cargo operations. Additionally, for dry-docking, we utilize our network of domestic and international repair yards and domestic manufacturers to realize high-quality and swift repairs.

Crew Management

“People” are the cornerstone of safe navigation.

Ultimately, it is human skill and teamwork that operate state-of-the-art vessels. Our company recruits and deploys excellent seafarers from the Philippines.

Education & Training:

We conduct thorough technical training and safety education prior to boarding at affiliated local training centers. We instil our Safety Culture throughout the crew.

Health & Lifestyle Support:

To protect the physical and mental health of seafarers during long voyages, we strive to improve welfare, such as installing onboard Wi-Fi and improving the dining environment.
A comfortable working environment generates high retention rates and safety awareness.

Through regular vessel visits and internal audits, we check the operational status of our Safety Management System (SMS). Furthermore, through responding to Port State Control (PSC) inspections and sharing near-miss cases, we aim to raise the safety level across the entire organization.
